Delete your account

You can delete your Vita Board account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Vita Board and log in.
2. Open the menu and tap Setting.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You are logged out right away.

Without the app

Send us a message from the phone number of your account, and write "Delete my account":

We may ask you to confirm with an SMS code. We delete the account within 7 days.

What we delete

• Your phone number, name, nickname and gender
• Your habits, tasks, templates, journals, goals and notes
• Your finance records: expenses, income, loans, banks and partners
• Your challenge progress and your push token

What we keep

Payment records (amount, date and payment reference) are kept for up to 5 years, because we need them for accounting. They are no longer linked to your name or phone number.

If you sign up again later with the same number, you start with a new, empty account.
